Section 2: Product detail page (PDP)
4-6 high-res images + product video where possible.
Size/variant selector with real availability.
Reviews visible on PDP, sortable.
Shipping cost calculator before checkout.
Add to cart visible above the fold on mobile.
Section 3: Cart + checkout
Guest checkout (skip account requirement).
Apple Pay + Google Pay + Shop Pay buttons above the form.
Address autofill enabled.
Trust badges + free shipping threshold reminder.
Estimated delivery date visible.
Section 4: Recovery + retention
Abandoned cart email + SMS sequence (3 touches over 7 days).
Post-purchase email sequence (delivery, review request, cross-sell).
Browse-abandonment retargeting via Meta + Google.
Loyalty / referral program for repeat buyers.
