What do you charge?

Sessions are $300 USD. Workshops are $500 USD.

What is included in the price?

Both include a questionnaire before the meeting so we can prepare properly, plus a written follow-up report afterward that highlights findings, observations, and suggested next steps.

Do I need to know exactly what the problem is before booking?

No. In many cases, part of the value is defining the problem properly. A lot of businesses come in knowing something feels off, but not yet knowing the right diagnosis. That is completely normal.

Who are these sessions for?

Is this just advice, or do you help with implementation too?
