Talkerstein Consulting Group, also referred to as “Talkerstein,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through talkerstein.com, referred to as the “Site,” how we use it, how we protect it, when we may share it, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of the Site, people who contact us through forms, email, phone, social media, booking links, or other digital channels, and people who interact with our online content.
This Privacy Policy does not replace any written service agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice terms, data processing agreement, or client contract between you and Talkerstein. If you become a client, additional terms may apply.

We collect only the information we reasonably need to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, provide services, improve our marketing, protect our business, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, legal, financial, health, government ID, password, payment card, or highly private information through website forms unless we specifically request it through an approved secure process.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics 4 helps us measure traffic, understand user activity, analyze marketing sources, and improve the Site.
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with the Site through tools such as heatmaps, click tracking, scroll tracking, and session replay-style analytics.
We use analytics data to improve the Site, identify usability issues, understand marketing performance, and improve our content and services. We do not intentionally use these tools to collect sensitive personal information. You should not submit sensitive information through forms or fields on the Site unless we specifically request it through a secure and appropriate process.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, scripts, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure performance, understand visitor behaviour, and improve marketing.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or conduct of third-party platforms.
Client, prospect, and business contact information
If you contact us as a business owner, employee, representative, contractor, vendor, partner, or prospect, we may use your business contact information to communicate with you about your inquiry, project, services, business relationship, or related opportunities.
Business contact information may still be personal information under some laws. We handle it reasonably and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information submitted through forms
Website forms are for general inquiries only.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, fiduciary relationship, professional duty, confidentiality obligation, or obligation for us to act on your behalf.
Do not send confidential, sensitive, proprietary, legal, financial, health, password, payment card, or private information through general website forms.
We are not responsible for harm caused by your submission of unnecessary, unsolicited, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information through insecure or general communication channels.
Unsolicited ideas and materials
If you send us unsolicited ideas, proposals, concepts, business plans, creative work, designs, copy, code, strategies, or other materials, you agree that:
We have no obligation to review, keep, return, protect, compensate, or respond to those materials
Your submission does not create a confidential relationship
We may already be developing, using, reviewing, or considering similar ideas independently
We are not restricted from developing, offering, or using similar services, concepts, strategies, designs, or materials
Do not submit confidential ideas or materials unless we have signed a written agreement that says otherwise.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by law.

Children
The Site is intended for business and general adult audiences. It is not directed to children under 13.
