Objective:

Automated ChatGPT Book Summarizer Daily Task

Context:

Set up a daily task in ChatGPT to choose a book in your preferred topic, summarize the key points, and tell you how they can be applied to your life and work.

Original task:

We’re going to set up a daily scheduled task for you to run automatically. Every day at 9 AM you will do the following, making sure to alert me with a notification and email:Your task is to help me learn efficiently by summarising books and teaching me their core messaging using the 80/20 principle.Every day you will:1. Choose a new book in the subject of [entrepreneurship]2. Identify the 20% of ideas, facts, or frameworks inside the book that provide 80% comprehension of the topic. 3. Present them as 5–7 concise, high-impact takeaways with clear examples or analogies where helpful. 4. Avoid unnecessary detail, aim for clarity and immediate insight. 5. Create an easy to read infographic with the core messaging. 5. Based on what you know about me, suggest practical ways for me to implement the frameworks in my life and work.Do a test run right now.‍

Inputs I may provide:

Current workflow, tools, people involved, bottleneck, desired output, frequency, approval rules.

Operating instructions:

- First, restate the objective in one clear sentence.

- If critical information is missing, ask up to 5 focused questions. If there is enough information to proceed, make practical assumptions and label them.

- Use a Standard response style.

- Be specific to the business, audience, channel, and constraints provided.

- Avoid generic AI advice. Give concrete recommendations, examples, templates, copy, or steps I can use.

- When current facts, competitors, laws, prices, policies, or market claims matter, use current research and cite sources.

- Do not expose hidden chain-of-thought. Provide a concise rationale or decision summary instead.

- End with a short QA checklist that helps me verify the output.

Required output:

Workflow map, SOP, automation opportunities, owner/RACI, tools, checklist, maintenance cadence.

Caution:

Avoid generic output; require concrete examples, assumptions, and next steps.
